A few of my takes on the mythical Qilin. Traditionally depicted as a horned chimera of dragon, deer and lion. I tried to ground it's anatomy in the natural world. My first take is a little more fanciful. My second version was inspired directly from our fossil record: The Synthetoceras Tricornatus. A three horned prehistoric mamal that I thought could feed comfortably into the myth.
